Yoshitoki OIMA: masterclass
Recently rewarded at the Japan Expo Awards, Yoshitoki OIMA is the festival guest in partnership with Pika Édition, which publishes her manga To Your Eternity. She's taking this opportunity to share her talent and secrets with wannabe artists during a masterclass!
If Yoshitoki OIMA made herself known with A Silent Voice (2018 Daruma d’Or), she kept on charming and amazing her readership with To Your Eternity, awarded with the 2018 Best New Series Daruma at the Japan Expo Awards.
Published by Pika Édition, To Your Eternity takes its reader on an eternal journey, following Imm, an immortal being resuscitated in a boy’s body which he has trouble adapting to, and March, a little girl who helps him and whom he will take to the end of his journey. Volume 6 will be published next May 16 in France, before Yoshitoki OIMA comes to Japan Expo next July! She will be initiating the festival attendees to her techniques and secrets during this masterclass on Saturday.
