Tribute to Buichi Terasawa
The immense mangaka and author of Cobra, Buichi Terasawa, left us a few months ago. Japan Expo organizes a tribute in memory of this great artist, who passed away at the age of 68.

On September 8, 2023, Buichi Terasawa, author of Cobra and Midnight Eye Goku, passed away at the age of 68 after years of battling declining health.
As a former Japan Expo guest, and above all as a manga legend, it's only natural that the show should organize a tribute in his honor, an opportunity to recall the 40-year career of one of the most flamboyant authors in the history of Weekly Shonen Jump and so many other magazines.
