The Ichigo stage features an anthology of representative works by SAMURAI ARTIST KAMUI.
SAMURAI ARTIST KAMUI takes to the stage to offer you magnificent sword movements fused with the sound of the shamisen, recount the fierce battle of the dual sword wielding samurai Miyamoto Musashi, convey the bond between master and disciple, and share the history of the tradition through powerful performances by several swordsmen.
KAMUI is a troupe of SAMURAI Artists who merge the beauty of form, acting, and martial arts and have established the original style of samurai fighting performance. Their leader Tetsuro Shimaguchi joined the film KILL BILL Vol.1 by Quentin Tarantino as an actor, a choreographer of fighting scenes, and a trainer of actors.
In between the tense performances, guests are able to experience being a true SAMURAI!
