For over 400 years, Tosa cutlery techniques were transmitted from one generation to another. The cutler Sakoda will hold a demonstration of his art. He wishes to share with the attendees his deep respect for the skills of cast iron and tools belonging to Japanese culture.
He will prove how important sharpening a knife is: he will show it by cutting vegetables.
A tasting is organized to show you how the use of good tools makes the food even better.
