Michinoku Sendai ORI ☆ Himetai is an idol band created in July 2011 to support reconstruction after the tsunami of March 11, 2011 in Tohoku. They visit temporary homes, support temporary stores, organize fund-raising, and are both volunteers and idols at the same time.
At Japan Expo, they’re coming to present the situation of the reconstruction in Tohoku and present Japanese mineral waters such as Nihon no Meisui Hyakusen, as part of the Water Project, organized by the Ministry for the Environment, in which Japanese companies are implied. And they will also be taking pictures with you!
