Kumamon, winner of the 2011’s mascot’s big national contest is coming back this year to celebrate the 16th Impact with as much energy as ever. Playful and curious, he is eager to come and meet you, and to tell you everything about the wonders of Kumamoto, the prefecture to which he belongs.
