Kumamon - Dance show
The sweet and so kawaii Kumamon is Kumamoto's mascot and his back at Japan Expo to see his European fans, and to join his mascot friends on stage.
Kumamon comes all the way from the Kumamoto prefecture, where he is the mascot. Born in March of the year 2011, after the Kyushu Shinkansen line opened, he won the big national mascot contest that same year.
His work is to find surprising and funny things hidden around us, and making them known to everyone. He was appointed commercial manager by the governor of Kumamoto and wants everyone to know about his lovely prefecture!
Kumamon is inviting you for a special show on the Sakura stage. Don't miss this show featuring funny choreographies.
