Siméon Molard is a sake importer who offers professional training in sake. He is co-founder of OSAKE and ULTIMATE SAKE Studies. Julie Cétan specializes in creating cocktails using Japanese sake and other Korean spirits. She is co-founder of the Asian-inspired cocktail bar KODAMA.
