The ninjas and samurai of the Katanaya Ichi troupe clash silently in the art of tate. With 16 years' experience under their belts, this mixed troupe aims to share Japanese culture with the world through their sword performances.
Tonikaku is a Japanese comedian born in the cold lands of Hokkaido, who began acting with his friends during his high school years. Since 2015, he's been making numerous TV appearances, and in 2023, he took part in the final of Britain's Got Talent. Get ready for his acts at Japan Expo, but don't worry, because as the artist says "I'm wearing!"
Katsura Sunshine is a Canadian-born comedian who began his career in theater with ancient Greek plays. In 1995, he produced his version of Aristophanes' The Clouds in Toronto, where it ran for 15 months before touring the rest of Canada.
