BIOMOMO HASHIMOTO’s Japanese pastry chefs have settled in the South of France, where they propose a range of pastries and confectionery made from organic ingredients.
At this workshop, they’re presenting a cooking demonstration and explain which organic ingredients to choose in France for Japanese cooking, and how to use them.
