Drawing Kaijû with Yuji Kaida
Kaiju painter Yuji Kaida will be giving a talk accompanied by some exceptional live drawing!

Yuji KAIDA has been greatly influenced by kaiju films, special effects films and animation since childhood. He sponsored a circle of kaiju film fans when he was a student, and the personal ties he forged at that time would form the basis of his activities as an illustrator.
He concentrates on illustrations of kaiju characters and robots, and also works on magazines and books, plastic model packaging, software covers, card games and posters.
Yuji Kaida will be giving a talk and doing some exceptional live drawing on the Kuri stage on Thursday 11 July from 12:15!
