New ticketing system: User guide

Japan Expo has updated its ticketing system. At present, the new box office allows you to buy Zen Tickets, Zen + Comfort Tickets, Fast Pass and Star Pass for Japan Expo Paris 2025. In the future, all tickets for all Japan Expo festivals are to be sold through this ticketing service: a single destination for all your Japan Expo tickets!

First, go to the new ticketing website: click HERE to access Japan Expo Tickets. On this page, choose the event for which you wish to reserve tickets. To reserve your tickets, you need to log in to your Japan Expo account. If you don't have an account yet, create one by clicking here.

Once logged in, you can enter your personal details in your profile. Pre-registering your address and photo saves you time during the purchasing process. However, you can also enter these details at the time of purchase.

In the Addresses tab of your profile, you can add several addresses. When you purchase a Zen or Zen + Confort ticket, you can enter an address in mainland France to have your Zen or Zen + Confort ticket delivered to your home, at no extra cost. Otherwise, you will have to collect your Zen or Zen + Confort Ticket on site.

By selecting a festival, Japan Expo Paris 2024 for this example, you'll find all the ticket types and products available for this festival. You can select the quantities you require and add the products to your basket. Clicking on the product information icon displays the product description.

You can also select quantities for several products and click on the “Add all to basket” button to add several products to your basket at once.

As soon as you have added products to your basket, a countdown timer appears in the top right-hand corner of the screen, telling you how long you have until your basket expires. By clicking on “Finalize order”, you are redirected to the checkout process.

If you have added a Zen or Zen + Comfort Ticket to your order, you will need to add a photo of the badge holder. A message will appear reminding you of the rules to be respected for the photo. If your photo does not comply with these rules, your order may be cancelled.

You must then fill in the ticket holder's details. By clicking on the “This ticket is for me” button, the boxes are filled in with the personal information linked to the account. When purchasing a Zen or Zen + Comfort ticket, you can also select a delivery address in Metropolitan France, to which your badge will be sent.

Once you have entered your personal details, you will be shown a summary of your order before proceeding to payment. Payment is by credit card only. You must accept the terms and conditions of sale before proceeding to payment.

Once you've clicked on “Pay”, you'll be redirected to the payment platform. Remember to have your phone handy to validate 3D Secure authentication.

Once your order has been paid, you are redirected to the Japan Expo Tickets website and a message confirms that your payment has been registered. In the case of an order of products requiring validation, for example a Zen or Zen + Comfort Ticket, you are informed that your order requires validation.

You can find all your current orders by going to your profile in the “Orders” tab. The status of your order (“Validated” in green, “In progress” in yellow, “Cancelled” in red) is displayed.

If your order has not been validated, check that your photo complies with the above rules, that your first and last names are not reversed, etc.
