From Osaka to Paris : discover kushikatsu with chef Seiichi Itô!
Posted on
Comprising a variety of products, from pork to seafood, onions to lotus roots and even cartilage, kushikatsu is an extremely popular culinary specialty in the Osaka region. All these ingredients are threaded onto skewers (kushi), which are then paned and fried in oil.
Still, little known in France, chef Seiichi Itô has taken it upon himself to popularize this culinary specialty in his Parisian restaurant, Kushikatsu Bon, with a more gastronomic touch.
Don't miss the chance to discover kushikatsu on Sunday, July 14, at 1 pm, with a live demonstration by Chef Itô on the Washoku stage.
