Oh!great, the mangaka of Air Gear, Kaijin Fugeki, and the manga adaptation of Bakemonogatari will be signing and giving a talk at Japan Expo 2025.
To celebrate the 25th anniversary of Pika édition, we're delighted to welcome an author who has played a major role in the history of the publishing company: Oh!great.
He is the author of the cult rollerblading manga Air Gear, which won the Kodansha manga prize in 2006 and was published in France the same year until 2013. He is also the illustrator of the Monogatari manga series, with NisiOisiN as the writer, and of Kodansha's brand-new Shônen Magazine series, Kaijin Fugeki!
A talented illustrator, his trademarks are a precise pencil stroke, attention to costume detail & stunning perspectives!
Oh!great had already come to Japan Expo in 2008, to talk with Yutaka IZUBUCHI about their collaboration on the chara-design of characters for Soul Calibur IV.
Signing sessions, live drawing and other events around the series are planned on the Pika édition stand.
