Naoki Yoshida

Hailing from the city of Sapporo, in the prefecture of Hokkaido, Naoki Yoshida joined Square Enix in 2005 and, in 2010, was appointed producer and director of the MMORPG FINAL FANTASY XIV, which had been heavily criticized since its release.

Thanks to a meticulous overhaul plan that became known as FINAL FANTASY XIV: A Realm Reborn, Yoshida succeeded in re-launching the title to the success it enjoys today.

His hard work and dedication earned him a place on Square Enix's board of directors. In addition to his role on FINAL FANTASY XIV, Yoshida is also the producer of FINAL FANTASY XVI, the latest iteration of the famous role-playing saga. A passionate gamer, Naoki Yoshida infuses his passion and expertise into every project.

Present at Japan Expo on Friday and Saturday, visitors can find Naoki Yoshida at signing sessions and on stage for conferences.
