Disabled & Priority Attendees
The entrance to the festival is made easier for people with disabilities, pregnant women, families with young children or people who can’t keep standing for a long time.

- A priority queue has been set up for people with reduced mobility and priority access to avoid queuing. Please note that this queue is located in hall 7 with the other queues. Please ask our staff for directions.
- Visitors with other disabilities, pregnant women, families with children under the age of 3, or anyone who finds standing difficult can also use this priority queue. A maximum of two accompanying persons may join the queue.
- Proof of disability (disability card or medical certificate) will be required.
- Admission to the festival is free for accompanying persons (one accompanying adult per person) upon presentation of a disability card bearing one of the following indications: "needs accompaniment” or "blindness". Disabled persons must pay the festival admission fee.
- Guide or assistance dogs are welcome at the festival, subject to presentation of proof (guide dog identification certificate).
- Exempt tickets are issued exclusively at the Ticket Assistance counter in hall 7. You must collect them before joining the queues. They allow entry from 9:30 am.
- For the above-mentioned people, entry is possible from 9:30 am if they have a ticket. To benefit from reduced rates, buy your tickets in advance.
- The Parc des Expositions Paris Nord Villepinte provides disabled parking spaces. For further information, please contact the Parc des Expositions Paris Nord Villepinte team.
- Parc des Expositions Paris Nord Villepinte provides PRM shuttles between the parking lot and the festival entrance. If you wish to use them, please contact the Parc des Expositions teams on +33 (0) 6.14.16.93.84.
- We do our utmost to make Japan Expo accessible to everyone. However, we ask you to understand that we use infrastructures that do not belong to us. As a result, we are dependent on the venue and infrastructures we rent for the organization of the festival and cannot modify them.
