  • Visitors with other disabilities, pregnant women, families with children under the age of 3, or anyone who finds standing difficult can also use this priority queue. A maximum of two accompanying persons may join the queue.
  • Proof of disability (disability card or medical certificate) will be required.
  • Admission to the festival is free for accompanying persons (one accompanying adult per person) upon presentation of a disability card bearing one of the following indications: "needs accompaniment” or "blindness". Disabled persons must pay the festival admission fee.
  • Guide or assistance dogs are welcome at the festival, subject to presentation of proof (guide dog identification certificate).
  • Exempt tickets are issued exclusively at the Ticket Assistance counter in hall 7. You must collect them before joining the queues. They allow entry from 9:30 am.
  • For the above-mentioned people, entry is possible from 9:30 am if they have a ticket. To benefit from reduced rates, buy your tickets in advance.
