The campaign for accreditation requests for Japan Expo 24th Impact is closed! See you in Spring 2025 for your online accreditation requests!

DEFINITIONS

Accreditation is a pass for professionals. It entitles the holder to a badge to access to the festival via dedicated entrances.

It is intended for professionals to attend meetings, take part in the festival's programming or write articles or reports. Each request is subject to validation by Japan Expo.

The badge must be shown to control officers in order to access to the festival.

Each type of badge gives access to different work areas.

Accessible areas are indicated on each badge (by a colored banner and pictogram and the list of areas).

The periods at which the badge holder can access the festival and its areas are shown on the back of the badge.

What's new in 2024

This year, the Professional Reception in Hall 7 opens at 8:30 am instead of 7:30 am.

Professionals can access festival areas from 9 am instead of 9:30 am.

The Green Room is located this year in the Le Cercle restaurant, accessible via the staircase in the Galerie d'Accueil opposite SAS 4, and is open from 9:30 am to 6:30 pm from Thursday July 11th to Sunday July 14th.

The B2B Center is now located above Hall 4, accessible via the outside of the Green Room or the Press Area. It is open from 9:30 am to 6:30 pm on Thursday July 11th, Friday
July 12th and Saturday July 13th.

The Press Room is still accessible from the Entrance Gallery. It is open from 9.30 am to 6.30 pm from Thursday July 11th to Sunday July 14th.
