SHONEN
Meet the mangaka behin Outlaw Players : SHONEN, invited, once more, at Japan Expo by Ki-oon.
SHONEN had no formal training in drawing, and so learned everything on his own. With his diplomas destined for an industrial rather than an artistic career, it was at the age of 22 that he felt the need to work on his line and improve himself. At first, he specialized in design, but gradually turned to the creation of manga-oriented comics.
Since 2016, SHONEN has been working on Outlaw Players, published by Ki-oon: an epic adventure blending references to the most popular manga, comic books, and RPGs!
He's created a unique, highly detailed universe populated by characters, each more charismatic than the last.
Since May 2022, his series Outlaw Players has been pre-published in Japan. SHONEN is the first French author whose work follows the same path as a Japanese mangaka, pre-published in a magazine every month before being published in hardcover in bookshops.
He will have signing sessions at the Ki-oon booth.
