Fanny Rebillard
Born into a family of musicians, Fanny Rebillard developed a passion for video games and their music at an early age. She defended her dissertation in musicology on the role of music in the Zelda series in 2013 at the Sorbonne, before specializing in the study of sound archiving at ENSSIB and writing her first book: Music in Zelda. Today, Fanny Rebillard is a specialized journalist, giving and organizing conferences on music and writing numerous articles for Jeuxvideo.com ("VGM" column), Gamekult ("Gammes Kultes") and Canard PC Hardware. She also works in the videogame industry in the field of localization, and posts her popularization work on her X account.

Third Éditions is a publishing house founded by Mehdi El Kanafi and Nicolas Courcier. It is dedicated to the video-gaming world. In 2010, Mehdi and Nicolas co-founded a publishing firm, Console Syndrome, which was bought one year later by a major publisher of video game books and magazines. Over the following four years, they edited and co-wrote twenty books, among them: Zelda. Chronicles of a Legendary Series, Metal Gear Solid: Hideo Kojima’s Magnum Opus, and The Legend of Final Fantasy VII. Since 2015, their publishing endeavors have seen them analyze major video game sagas through a new publishing house: Third.
