Aurore

A fan of fantasy, comics and manga, Aurore founded MyCity in 1995, one of the first manga-style comics fanzines in France.

After graduating in agronomy, she began working in animation as a self-taught artist, before signing her first comic book series with Delcourt in 2003. 

Since then, she has published over a dozen albums: Elinor Jones, Harfang, Lady Liberty, Pixie, Kookabura Universe... At the same time, she has continued to self-publish sketchbooks and comics. She is currently working on an adaptation of a great classic of English literature: Jane Austen's Pride and Prejudice. Volume 1 is out in September 2019 with Editions Soleil.

Aurore has also been designing Japan Expo festival posters since 2006. Above is the poster for Japan Expo 22nd Impact!
