Ai FUJIROKU is a Japanese pastry chef who offers online recipes on her YouTube channel, which currently boasts 141,000 subscribers. Passionate about pastry-making since childhood, she graduated at the age of 20. Unfortunately, an illness prevented her from continuing in this direction, leading her to research the health benefits of Japanese food.
At the age of 24, this research led to the opening of a pastry school, and three years later to the creation of her YouTube channel. On her spaces, she promotes making people happy with food, and wants to share her knowledge and recipes with the rest of the world.
