Focus on video games at Japan Expo 2022 !

Yusuke KOZAKI, known for his work on such iconic titles as Fire Emblem, No More Heroes and most recently the unmissable success of the mobile game Pokémon Go, gave talks including one followed by a live-drawing. Hiroshi MATSUYAMA, CEO of CyberConnect2 studio, offered to learn more about their new game Fuga: melodies of steel and the specifics of working in Japan as a foreigner. Dina, three-time French champion of the game Just Dance, also silver medalist and ESWC world vice-champion on the 2017 edition of the game, was present! Highly anticipated, she offered performances on the game stage and invited you to dance with her!

• On the booth side, you visited the impressive booths of major video game publishers.
  

The unavoidable Nintendo and its huge booth allowed you to try games like Nintendo Switch Sports, Super Smash Bros Ultimate and MarioKart Deluxe 8. HoYoverse was also present and was not to be outdone. With tons of activities around the games Genshin Impact, Honkai Impact 3rd and Honkai: Star Rail, you were able to play, win goodies and attend internal events at the booth! Sega and Altus as well as Ankama presented various games to test on their booth and Capcom offered you a playable version of the game Street Fighter 6, a European exclusivity! On the Také stage, Riot Games allowed you to attend a community showmatch France-Spain on League of Legends! The CyberConnect2 studio offered its latest game Fuga: melodies of steel for testing and you could find goodies from the different franchises of the studio! Finally, Bandai Namco and the game One Piece Odyssey allowed you to immerse yourselves in the universe of the game.

The Kaio Gaming association shared with you its passion for video games during events on stage and animations on booth. The musical video games also took a great place during this edition with JVM-Events and DDR Belgium. With the ambition to present you several cult sagas of Japanese video games through as many emblematic episodes, MO5 proposed you games to try and animations on stage and on booth! Infiniverse brought virtual reality to Japan Expo with atypical games to try! Octogone Gaming and Jam.gg allowed you to compete on games while EdeN ProductioN proposed on its booth to discover its web-series based on the universe of the video game Assasin's Creed.

Finally, Silver Geek and its objective to improve the health and well-being of seniors and to develop social and intergenerational links, while reducing the digital divide, offered you events and competitions. The national final of Wii Bowling for seniors was even held on the Také stage under your applause!
