The Japanese river otter has been spotted for the last time in the mouth of the Shinjo River in Susaki. But this animal is now an extinct variety of otter. That's why Shinjo-kun is travelling all around the world to encounter friend otters. Those travels are also the occasion to introduce people to Susaki's charms.
