JNTO makes you discover all aspects of Japan, from the most popular to the most unknown ones, throughout the whole festival. Join its team at its booth and get ready for a great journey!
Program
JNTO makes you travel thanks to various leisure activities:
- Win gifts by participating in their stamp rally.
- Experience Japan through virtual reality.
- Attend master Takahiro MIZUKI’s ame zaiku demonstration, a popular traditional art consisting in carving candies into sculptures. With special scissors, he creates birds, dolphins, flowers, or even Pokémons right before your eyes in less than three minutes, right before sugar hardens! (two sessions are held every day: on Thrusday and Friday at 11:00am and 2:00pm, and on Saturday and Sunday at 1:00pm and 4:00pm).
- Get a manga portrait of yourself on Saturday and Sunday, at 11:00am or 2:00pm.
Its members also meet you to give you all the information and document resources you need to prepare your (potential) travel to Japan!
