Here’s an ochazuke cooking show you don’t want to miss: a confrontation between two Chefs, French and Japanese, with a tasting session!

Come watch the cooking confrontation of ochazuke, a light Japanese dish made from rice and water (or green tea), that became popular in Japan since the Heian period.
Le principle is a bit the same as the Top Chef reality competition show in American, or the Iron Chef show in Japan.
Each one of the two Chefs, the French and the Japanese, must cook this ochazuke dish their own way and then choose 5 people in the audience to come to the stage. The five spectators will taste both the dishes and choose which one they prefer!
Watch this show at the cultural stage of Japan Expo on Friday, July 4 and Sunday, July 6.
