Jens : What are they?
The jen is Japan Expo's currency. During the festival, you can spend them at the official boutique to obtain gifts! Find out more here!

By participating in certain activities on partner booths, you have the opportunity to receive Jens. The Jen is Japan Expo's currency, based on the yen rate, and allows you to offer yourself a souvenir of your visit to the festival!
There are several ways to win Jens tickets at Japan Expo Sud:
- By taking part in activities organized by the Point Animations in Hall 3.
- By playing games on various festival booths.
Please note:
- Change is not given on Jens tickets.
- We no longer accept old Jens tickets, i.e. those in circulation before 2018.
- Torn or damaged Jens tickets are not accepted.
- Winning Jens tickets can be accumulated over several years, i.e. they are valid for all Japan Expo branded festivals.
