Public transport, mass tourism, limited pedestrian zones... The Olympic Games raise a lot of questions for all those who want to come to Japan Expo.  Our teams are doing their utmost to ensure that you can enjoy Japan Expo as usual, so here's everything you need to know:

A tailor-made calendar

  • The opening ceremony of the Paris 2024 Olympic Games has been set for July 26, two weeks after Japan Expo! So you've got nothing to worry about in terms of security perimeters, which don't apply to the Villepinte Exhibition Center.
  • The increase in public transport fares by Île-de-France Mobilités will only take effect from July 20, one week after Japan Expo.

an easy and efficient access

  • For those wishing to drive to Japan Expo by car, traffic restrictions regarding the Olympic lanes will only begin on July 15, 2024, after the end of the convention. You'll be able to get around without a care in the world!
  • Want to make your stay even easier? Our partners Ontour and Kombo are offering special deals to make your visit even more enjoyable. Ontour offers packages including transport, entry pass, and accommodation. Kombo offers a 10 euro discount on your first trip with the code P-JAPANEXPO24.

A prestigious panel of guests

  • This year, as every year, Japan Expo brings you an impressive line-up of guests. Nearly 500 guests will be present, including living legends such as Tetsuya Komuro (performer of City Hunter's opening Get Wild and founder of TM NETWORK), Shinji Higuchi (tokusatsu legend and co-director of Shin Godzilla with Hideaki Anno), and Yuji Kaida (the kaijū painter behind the poster designs for Kong: Skull Island and Ready Player One). Traveling almost 10,000 km, these artists are doing us the honor of coming to meet you. Don't miss this unique opportunity to see them in person and get a behind-the-scenes look at their creations.

If you still have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to contact us. Our team is on hand to provide you with all the answers you need and ensure that your experience at Japan Expo remains memorable and hassle-free.
