Festival tip: Lost & found

It may happen that you lose an item during the festival. If this happens, we invite you to go to the info point in hall 6. This is where lost and found items are returned and kept until the end of the festival. Japan Expo also keeps them after the festival so that you can claim them if they've been found.

All you have to do is send us an e-mail with a precise description so that we can identify the item you've lost. We'll get back to you if the item has been found. You can contact us at objets-perdus@japan-expo.com.
