ECG souvenir: The winners !
To end this series on our ECG memories on a high note, which team is more likely to come out on top than the one that took first place in the competition? Let's put the spotlight on the team from the Czech Republic!
The team made up of Tery and Kate Tyler took first place in this 12th season of the ECG! The two cosplayers represented the Czech Republic in their costumes as Jedediah and Octavius, the historical minifigures from the film Night at the Museum.
The scene opens with Jedediah and Octavius taking part in their usual battle. The work of the two cosplayers on the costumes is to be commended: the “toy” look of the costumes is very convincing! This effect is made possible by the materials used, and is particularly visible on the Roman general's armor. They are interrupted by a tremor: after a quick check with a giant flashlight, they realize that the tyrannosaurus skeleton has come to life!
The museum's janitor then appears to ask for their help in returning the dinosaur to its location before daybreak.
The two accomplices agree to help their friend, who entrusts them with a remote-controlled car to guide the beast to its destination.
The sets used during the performance immerse us in this miniature world: from the flashlight to the remote control to the remote-controlled car, in front of these giant props the Ichigo stage didn't look so impressive any more!
The rivalry between Jedediah and Octavius quickly takes over, and the remote control ends up broken. They don't have time to flee before the sun rises, plunging the characters back into their daily rigidity.
