As a teenager, Tony Valente's talent was noticed by Didier Tarquin (Lanfeust de Troy), whom he considers one of his mentors in the industry.
On the threshold of his second decade, with Raphaël Drommelschlager, he worked on his first comic: Les Quatre Princes de Ganahan. Four volumes and four years later, he launched his first solo series: Hanna Hattori, the three-volume tale of a young ninja's adventures.
In 2013, his virtuosity reached the general public with the production of Radiant, published by Ankama Éditions. Since then, this fan of manga (Dragon Ball, One Piece, Naruto, Bleach, Ranma ½) and fantasy (L'assassin Royal) has left his native south to live, create and draw from Quebec. An international author, he is also the first Frenchman to see his manga adapted into an animated series in Japan, produced by one of the country's leading TV channels, NHK.
