The works of the painter Tsutomu HIRAO are inspired from manga and anime characters. He is performing live drawing and holdig workshops on the booth of the city of Kyoto.

Biography
Tsutomu HIRAO is a painter who works for Toyawado Company in Kyoto. His works has been exhibited in such prestigious places as the Ise Grand Shrine, the Imperial House of Japan, or in museums.
Recently, he decided to focus on painting anime characters like Astro Boy or famous characters such as Miku HATSUNE. Those drawings were exhibited at the International Manga Museum in Kyoto, in the rimpa area.
Tsutomu HIRAO will be at Kyoto's booth to perform live drawing and hold workshop sessions during the 4 days of the festival.

- from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm: workshop
- from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm: live drawing
