In 2022, Julie Cétan co-founded KODAMA, a cocktail bar in Lyon specializing in cocktails made with Japanese spirits. Their ambition: to offer original cocktails at an affordable price to introduce people to Japanese sake and other Korean spirits.
As a barmaid for 10 years, she has demonstrated her ability to enhance the ingredients she uses during several national cocktail competitions, including the Campari Bartender Competition France and the Havana Grand Prix France!
