Biography
Boichi is a Korean artist born in 1973. He started his career in 1993 as an author of manwha for girls. Fighting for freedom of expression, he opposed in 1997 the Juvenile Protection Act, a law aiming at protecting young readers, but which deeply affected Korean comic magazines. To keep on practicing his art, he went into exile in Japan and started in 2004 his Japanese career with Space Chef Caisar.
His talent appeared in broad daylight as he published the seinen Sun-Ken Rock, started in 2006 in the magazine Young King published by Shônen Gahôsha. Boichi is also famous for Hotel or Wallman.
