Every year, the International Manga Award rewards the authors of manga created outside Japan and registrations for the 10th edition are open!

The International Manga Award helps spreading Japanese pop culture and promote manga outside Japan by rewarding the artists who launched in manga outside Japan. Have a look at the 9th edition winners on www.manga-award.jp.
Every year, several prizes are given to registered artists. The winners are invited to Japan for the prize-giving ceremony, which allows them to meet Japanese mangaka and visit publishing houses.
